2906  如果此条件成立可能性小(为编译器优化)(flags & _context is polled )则返回:负EINVAL
2908  如果prio for the request 或dex into fixed buffers, if used 或uffer size or number of iovecs 不等于1则返回:负EINVAL
2910  如果ffset into file 且is_timeout_link则返回:负EINVAL
2912  flags等于READ_ONCE(timeout_flags)
2913  如果flags按位与sqe->timeout_flags的反则返回:负EINVAL
2916  count等于READ_ONCE(ffset into file )
2918  如果非io且io_alloc_async_ctx(req)则返回:负ENOMEM
